Sometimes it's because we feel they aren't 'shareworthy,' or we simply lack the time to create something special. With your permission, this new feature uses AI to automatically sift through your camera roll. It intelligently surfaces the hidden gems—those great memories buried among screenshots and random snaps—and suggests creative edits.
The feature enhances your best photos, creates fun collages, and even assembles short videos to help you connect with friends and family. The best part? No design skills are required. The AI does all the heavy lifting, so you can focus on the fun of sharing.
Your Content Your Control
Privacy is a key aspect of this new tool. All suggestions are shown only to you, and you have complete control over what to share, when to share it, and who you share it with. Meta has stated that it does not use media from your camera roll to improve its AI, unless you choose to use the AI editing tools or share the content. How to Get Started
The option to use this feature has now been rolled out to people in the US and Canada. You will see these sharing recommendations appear in your Stories and Feed. You can also find more ready-to-share content in the Memories bookmark on Facebook. If you change your mind, you can manage or disable the feature at any time in your Facebook camera roll settings. Facebook plans to begin testing this feature in additional countries in the coming months.
