Florida MLSs Unite For Data Sharing And AI Photo Tech
Two major players in Florida's real estate market are joining forces to provide agents with unprecedented access to property listings, while one of the nation's largest MLSs is rolling out advanced AI tools for photo editing.
Florida MLSs Forge Major Data-Sharing Partnership
BeachesMLS, which serves over 43,000 subscribers, has entered into a significant data-sharing agreement with Stellar MLS. This collaboration follows a trend of strategic partnerships for Stellar MLS, which recently established similar agreements with State-Wide MLS and Miami Realtors and participated in a massive three-way data share with CRMLS and Bright MLS.
This new partnership will significantly expand the market view for agents in both organizations. BeachesMLS users will now see Stellar MLS listings from central, northern, and southwestern Florida, as well as Puerto Rico. In return, Stellar MLS members will gain access to listings in southern Florida and along the Treasure Coast. According to the announcement, this deal makes over 187,000 active listings available across both platforms.

CRMLS Upgrades Agent Toolset with AI-Powered Image Editing
California Regional MLS (CRMLS) is enhancing its technology offerings by providing its users with the latest version of an advanced AI image editing tool. Building on a relationship that has seen them partner with Styldod for years, CRMLS is now the first MLS to offer the newest version of REimagineHome AI.
The updated platform allows real estate professionals to edit listing photos using simple verbal prompts in more than 15 languages, eliminating the need for complex design software or expensive staging. This powerful tool is accessible directly from the CRMLS REcenter dashboard, and subscribers can generate up to 30 images each month at no additional cost.
