Shine a Light on Taylorsville with Local Lens
The Taylorsville Times proudly presents "Local Lens: Readers’ Photo of the Week," a special feature dedicated to showcasing our community through your eyes. Each week, we select one captivating photograph submitted by a local reader that captures the essence of life in our area. This initiative, which began delighting readers on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, aims to celebrate the unique perspectives and photographic talents within our community.
What Makes a Great Local Lens Photo
We are looking for a wide variety of subjects that tell a story or highlight the beauty and character of Taylorsville and its surroundings. Your submissions could feature:

- Native wildlife in its natural habitat.
- Beautiful flowers, gardens, and local flora.
- Striking sunrises, sunsets, or other remarkable natural scenes.
- Any other image that is of local interest and suitable for our diverse readership.
Our staff at The Taylorsville Times will carefully review all submissions and choose one standout photo to be featured each week.
