Shocking Crime Uncovered in Hyderabad

A 30 year old man from Nepal has been taken into custody in Hyderabad. He is accused of brutally murdering his live in partner, who was also a Nepali national, concealing her body in a travel bag, and then abandoning it in a remote location. The horrifying case unfolded on June 4th when the body of Tara Bohra, 33 years old, was found. Her remains were inside a travel bag left near a residential complex in the Bachupally area of Hyderabad.

Details of the Victim and Suspect Emerge

Law enforcement officials acted quickly to detain the primary suspect, identified as Vijay Toppa, also known as Wilson. Toppa, who worked as a chef in a local restaurant, had been cohabiting with Ms Bohra.

The Path to Tragedy A Relationship and Fatal Argument

According to police investigations, Vijay and Tara initially connected through Facebook, which blossomed into a romantic relationship. Tara, who was reportedly married and had two children, relocated to Hyderabad on April 15th. She then started living with Vijay in a rented accommodation in Bowrampet. Police reports indicate that a heated argument occurred between the couple on May 23rd. The dispute was allegedly centered around Taras pregnancy. In a moment of intense anger, Vijay is accused of strangling Tara using a nylon bag thread. He then allegedly placed her body into a large travel bag, moved it to an isolated neighborhood, and left it there.

The gruesome discovery was made by a local security guard, who immediately informed the police. Senior officials from the Cyberabad Police force, including K Suresh Kumar, Satyanarayana, and Ravi Kiran Reddy, quickly arrived at the crime scene. Forensic teams also attended to commence a thorough investigation. To ensure a swift resolution, five dedicated special teams were established to locate and apprehend the suspect.
