AI Tool Transforms Real Estate Photography
My name is Pau, and I'm excited to introduce a new tool I've launched called Brightshot, which uses AI to enhance and virtually stage real estate photos.
From Frustration to Innovation
The inspiration for Brightshot came directly from my own experience trying to buy an apartment. I was constantly let down by the quality of photos in property listings. Many were dark, cluttered, and shot from unhelpful angles, making it impossible to gauge the potential of a space. I couldn't tell if a room had good natural light or what its actual layout felt like without visiting in person, which was a huge time commitment.
This frustration led me to an idea: what if there was a way to automatically improve these photos? I envisioned a tool that could do more than just apply a filter; it would reveal the true potential of a property by improving lighting, cleaning up visual noise, and even adding virtual furniture to empty rooms. That's exactly what Brightshot is designed to do.
How Brightshot Enhances Real Estate Photos
You can upload any property photo—be it a living room, kitchen, or exterior—and Brightshot's AI gets to work. It automatically enhances the lighting and clarity, removes distracting clutter, and can furnish an empty space with virtual staging.
Beyond simple enhancement, the tool can also generate different lighting scenarios for the same room, showing how it might look in the morning versus the evening. Another powerful feature is its ability to create a short video walkthrough from just a single image, offering a more dynamic view of the property.
The Technology and Future Roadmap
I built Brightshot using a specialized set of AI models trained specifically on real estate photography. My current focus is on expanding its capabilities. I am actively working on developing a batch editing feature for real estate agencies, introducing more customizable staging styles to suit different tastes, and building integrations for major property platforms.

I would love to get your thoughts on Brightshot, especially if you have ever been involved in renting, selling, or photographing a property. Do you think this tool solves a real problem? What features do you think are missing? Most importantly, would you trust AI-enhanced images for your own listing?
Thank you for your time!
