Using AI, photos of a younger Ivanka Trump were analyzed to predict how she might look at age 44 if she had aged naturally, without any cosmetic enhancements. The results present a stark contrast to her current look, intensifying public curiosity about her ageless complexion.

For years, many have wondered if the former First Daughter, 44, has used plastic surgery or cosmetic injections to maintain her youthful appearance. While she has never publicly confirmed or denied going under the knife, speculation continues to follow her public appearances.

Recent Appearance Fuels Speculation

The debate reignited last month when she appeared in Tel Aviv, Israel, with what observers described as a transformed look. Online commentary focused on her noticeably fuller features, with many claiming her face seemed 'puffier' and 'more sculpted' than it had in the past. These new AI-generated images have only intensified the discussion, showing a significant difference between the prediction and reality.

Following the ongoing fan theories, several medical professionals shared their expert opinions with the Daily Mail. The doctors, who have not treated Ivanka personally, suggested that her appearance is consistent with the use of dermal fillers in her cheeks and lips. These procedures are designed to add volume and smoothness by plumping the soft tissue beneath the skin, which could explain her more rounded facial contours.

Dr. Scott Miller, a facial plastic surgeon in California, noted, "From the last time I saw her [in photos], I would say that her face does appear fuller than before. I am fairly confident that she had some filler, definitely in her lips, but also in her cheeks and the area below her eyes." He added that the apparent puffiness might be due to short-term swelling, as fillers can take about two weeks to settle properly.

Dr. Normal Rowe, a plastic surgeon in New York City, agreed, stating, "After viewing photos of her trip to Israel, I think she might have had some filler placed into her cheeks to plump them up. That is part of maintenance, however, and it is done tastefully, and not over the top."

There also appears to be evidence of [Botox] use to smooth the forehead and... muscles around the mouth, which helps elevate the corners of the smile."
